Pre-Event
- Registration at desk was seamless
- Pack-in went smoothly
- Waited for a long period of time before the event started
- Training and on-boarding for New volunteers
During Event
- Overwhelmed by students
- Many would deviate from the activity and play games if left unattended
- Inconsistent training and pre-briefing
- Not enough Volunteers that can take care of all the students
- Robotics , Scratch and Cyber security activities are running.
Post-Event
- Pack in and clean up off the equipment and tape for the event.
- Everyone was overwhelmed
