Voluntarily is designed to reduce the administrative workload of teachers and volunteers - think of it as talking to a personal assistant, or an event organiser.

Avoid Jargon
Avoid any school-specific terms when dealing with volunteers - ie: RAMS forms or ERO
Do simplify jargon into terms a non-industry person would understand

Be informative and clear
Be explicit and clear about what volunteers need to do, and make sure there’s a a clear understanding of responsibilities between the volunteer and the organiser.

Don’t be obnoxious
Don’t spam the user with a billion modals asking them to sign up for newsletters
