Design sprint. 

At the end of this sprint we have a first cut of what the product might look like, a proposed system architecture and a working development environment.

  • Create a set of screen designs for testing with stakeholders. 
  • Hold initial Tech advisory group meetings to discuss system architecture and software stack
  • Setup developer tool chain
  • Onboard first volunteer developer
  • Fill backlog with Epics
  • Build tech demo for software stack (hello world equivalent)
  • Expand first epic ready for Sprint 2.


Note Spark Demo is at the end of this sprint. For this we will need presentation showing the screen designs and details of how to become a contributor.
