Asset Register
The Voluntarily Asset Register identifies the information and physical assets that comprise the Voluntarily Platform. Each Child page uses standard metadata table to summaries the status of the asset and the summary is shown below. use the New Asset button to create a new page. For each asset, identify an owner and role associated with managing the asset.
A Voluntarily Asset is any physical thing, information item or service, whether purchased or freely available without which we would not be able to continue to develop and operate the Voluntarily platform. The Register exists to ensure that knowledge about these assets is not held in a single point of failure (i.e) one person’s head. And to allow reflection upon the cost, integrity, and risks associated with that asset.
The Voluntarily platform is a cloud-hosted service and relies on many other cloud-hosted services for development and operation. Hence most of the assets here relate to admin access to those services.
