Email Communications

People on the platform can receive notification emails:

  • When they first sign up

  • When they are allocated or complete goals

  • When they join or follow organisations

  • When new activities and opportunities for volunteering are listed

  • When they express interest and are invited to participate in an activity

  • When an activity date is approaching - to prepare.

  • After an activity for thank you messages and sharing of feedback and pictures.

An email noise level settings panel allows them to select which messages they receive, how often and to unsubscribe.
